This level is designed for older beginners who are new to swimming. It’s ideal for children aged 7–11 who have never had formal swimming lessons before or are still building confidence in the water.

Swimmers in this group will be working on key foundational skills from STAnley Seal 3 and 4, including getting comfortable with submerging their face, floating on their front and back, and basic movement through the water with support. We’ll also introduce early breathing techniques and body positioning, all in a fun, encouraging environment tailored to their age group.

The focus is on helping older beginners gain confidence quickly while building the essential skills they need to become safe and independent swimmers.
