Our Advanced group is for confident swimmers who are working at pre-club level and are ready to refine their technique, build speed, and master more complex skills.

Swimmers in this group will be working through the Advanced Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards, focusing on timed swims, correct starts and finishes, tumble turns, and stroke efficiency across all four strokes – front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. They will also continue developing advanced water safety and lifesaving skills.

This level is ideal for children who are strong, experienced swimmers and want to push themselves further in preparation for joining a swim team, Rookie Lifeguard, or other competitive or advanced swimming pathways.
