Improver 2 is for swimmers who can confidently swim lengths of the pool (15–20 metres) and are ready to refine their technique across all four strokes and build endurance.

Swimmers in this group will be working on Grade 5, 6 and 7. They'll develop their front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke technique, while also being introduced to butterfly basics. They'll work on more advanced water skills like surface dives, treading water for longer, and swimming underwater through hoops. The focus is on improving efficiency, stroke timing, and building strength for longer distances.

Improver 2 is ideal for swimmers who are confident in deep water and are working towards more advanced skills and stamina in preparation for pre-club or advanced levels.
